RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Step 1 – Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s). Please raise a request at Support@bumtum.in with your Order ID and contact details. You can also reach out via our Chat option on the website. In case of damaged/missing product(s), raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Step 2 – Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

Step 3 – Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product(s).

Step 4 – If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier service. We will reimburse the courier charges in your Paytm Wallet or Cash Wallet.

Step 5 – After receiving and verifying the product(s), we will process a replacement (subject to stock availability) or initiate a refund.


Under what conditions can I return/replace my product?

Wrong product delivered
Expired product delivered
Damaged product (physical damage/tampered packaging)
Incomplete order
Missing product(s)

When will return/replacement requests NOT be accepted?

Opened/used/altered products
Original packaging (labels, mono cartons, etc.) missing
Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days of delivery


How are returns processed?

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 5-7 business days. The item is then inspected at our warehouse. If approved, your refund/replacement will be processed.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Call us at +91 9109141566 (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 6 PM), and we’ll assist with cancellation.

Note: Bumtum reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation and may verify orders before shipping, including via verbal/written confirmation.


How will I receive my refund?

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Provide bank details for refund processing.

How long does a refund take?

  • Cancelled orders: Refund processed within 7 business days.

  • Returns: Refund initiated after warehouse inspection, typically within 2 weeks of pick-up.


Can I return part of my order?

Yes! You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
